When you submit my enquiry form, I collect your name, phone number, email address, your address and postcode, and the details you give me about your dog (name, breed, age, temperament and any health notes). I use these to reply to you, plan visits, and groom your dog safely.

3. How I use it

I use your data solely to respond to your enquiry. I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long I keep it

Enquiry data is retained for 12 months and then deleted.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email coyotecombclub@gmail.com.

6. Cookies

I use a cookie to remember your preference for my cookie banner, and Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-first, no personal data collected).
